What is the origin and pronunciation of your company's name?
Our company is named Lumnox, derived from "Lumos" (Latin for light) and "Nox" (Latin for darkness).
When was your company founded?
We began establishing our company in October 2023.
Where is your company based, and do you have a physical store?
We are located in Pålsboda, near Örebro, with our office in Västerås. Currently, we do not have a physical store for in-person purchases.

Which type of bulbs are compatible with your Twilight Curve lamp?
Our Twilight Curve lamp uses E27 bulbs.
Are your products preassembled or do they require assembly?
Our products come preassembled.

While we don't usually offer custom designs, we can accommodate larger orders with custom requirements.

Do you offer international shipping?
We currently only ship domestically.

Our products are primarily made from Reflow’s 98% recycled PLA.
What 3D printers do you utilize?
We use 2 Prusa MK3s and 2 FLSUN V400 printers.
